MPC Conditions
The MPC conditions are established by the Dairy Products Wholesalers Association (The Hague, the Netherlands). As of April 13th, 2011, the Dairy Products Wholesalers Association merged along with two other organizations with Gemzu. Gemzu has now adopted all legal responsibilities including the MPC Conditions. These conditions are a unique set of general trading conditions for the international trade in dairy products.
